Why am I submitting so late? hai... sad story...

I am having this connection problem for a long time. This causes me unable to get my work done earlier to fish for votes... also I am unable to update my blog for long...

Why don't I solve the problem fast?

I do.. I call to the relevant department, ask to solve my problems, but my problem still not solved. During this period, I call to chase to get my connection back. I call and chase and call everyday, but still not getting my connection back... The funniest answer I got from them is "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS". A good word to answer your customer complains, indeed..

Lets not talk about all those sad story. Let me introduce a little about my video.

After days and days thinking of the idea for this DIGI contest, I decided to tell my truth story in my video. The problems that I am facing currently : slow & unstable connection, limited download, bad customer services, slow respond, technical services and etc... And I hope to convey the message through my video. My expectation of connection services: fast and smooth connection, unlimited download, problems free, friendly and helpful customer services.

I am sure DIGI is offering all these to her customers. I hope I am lucky enough to enjoy DIGI's services. Please Pimp My Broadband...

My son need to learn and grow up in a better environment. A faster connection makes him learn faster. DIGI, please Pimp My Broadband for a brighter future of my son and the new generation.

Pimp My Broadband

My blog had not been updated for long. Why?

Because I have connection problem. I am unable to get connected for so long. I had been calling and chasing and calling to the relevant customer service to solve the problem. But still take me so long to get my connection back and the reason is "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS"

Have a look at this photo. These are all the wiressss that make me mad also.


Not only messing up my place, also mess up my thinking. I feel so uneasy looking at them. I want to get rid of them. I need to change, for a better connection, better service, clear work place without mess.
