Because I have connection problem. I am unable to get connected for so long. I had been calling and chasing and calling to the relevant customer service to solve the problem. But still take me so long to get my connection back and the reason is "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS"
Have a look at this photo. These are all the wiressss that make me mad also.
Not only messing up my place, also mess up my thinking. I feel so uneasy looking at them. I want to get rid of them. I need to change, for a better connection, better service, clear work place without mess.

The current connection is giving me all sorts of problems, slow connection, technical problems, bad services and etc.....
I need a fast, smooth, problem free, unlimited download, friendly and helpful customer services. I am sure DIGI is providing these to all her customers. I hope DIGI will Pimp My Broadband.
Please..... my son need to learn in a better environment, he can learn faster with the faster connection from DIGI.
